Round Tables

The objective of a round table is to hold in-depth discussion with invited participants which will illuminate the chosen subject and achieve insights that may inform future business planning. There is usually a limited number of participants – perhaps between six and ten – and a moderator. Although this sounds straightforward, without proper planning a round table can end up being a waste of time.

2k Tiger can help you with clarifying the objectives, determining the theme, securing a venue, sourcing relevant expert speakers, appointing a moderator, and inviting participants. We can also help with a timing plan and briefings – the moderator’s role being especially important to keep the discussion on track.

The round table discussion may have value beyond the event itself, so we can assist with transcription into other media, from video to e-publication.
